1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Ghostpen you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Ghostpen is an AI-powered writing assistant. We use third-party large language model providers (currently Anthropic Claude) to generate text on your behalf.

3. Accounts

You sign in with Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Credits and Payments

The service operates on a credit system. New users receive 25 credits at signup. Additional credits may be purchased through our paid plans. Credits do not expire. Payments are processed by Razorpay.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use Ghostpen to generate content that is illegal, harmful, infringes intellectual property, or violates applicable laws.

6. Content Ownership

You own the content you input and the content generated for you. We retain no ownership claim. We may store generations for service-improvement and abuse-prevention purposes per our Privacy Policy.

7. Service Availability

We provide the service on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
